Podernuovo includes three villas two of which are available for holiday rental, Il Seccatoio and Casa Vecchia, both with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area plus laundry and lockup garages. The large outside portico areas with barbeques overlook the vineyard and provide views to the nearby hilltop towns of Montegiovi, Casteldelpiano and Montelaterone. Both have recently been restored and rebuilt, using the original stone, hand made roof tiles and chestnut beams, maintaining their rustic style. Both have furniture made by local craftsmen using chestnut timber grown in the area.
